The second floor is a spacious room.

It’s all decorated with fancy wallpaper and the layout is a bit unique, but overall it’s nice and clean!

There is an opening in the 4.5 tatami mat room, making it easy for air-conditioned air to flow in.

The bathroom is on the second floor, and I personally thought it was an interesting and mysterious structure.

Characteristics of Kyoto Machiya

There are no distinctive features of Kyoto Machiya, such as a fire box, a passageway, or a garden.

Currently, the lattices have been removed, but it could be used as an investment property.
